Beats by Dre (commonly shortened as Beats) is an American sound expert producing various audio equipment for various purposes. The company operates as a subsidiary of Apple Inc. It was officially launched in 2006 but became an Apple subsidiary in 2014.
Beats is remarkable for producing high-fidelity headphones and speakers. The company delved into producing OEM car speakers, and today, there are new cars with Beats audio systems built-in.
Some automakers also provide Beats audio as an optional extra for basic trims and then install Beats audio as the standard audio system on higher trims.
Volkswagen is the renowned automaker that installs Beats audio in various VW and Audi models; notwithstanding, there are pretty other carmakers that use Beats audio. Also, some car owners remove the stock audio system in their vehicles to install Beats audio for premium sound.

1. Volkswagen Up
